  1.編碼器修好后,做維修報告給客戶傳過去或隨貨一起發過去,使客戶能夠及時了解維修情況。
  2.定期做客戶跟蹤,了解客戶的使用情況,也可以歸納出我公司產品存在的隱患,以便及時做出改正。
  售后服務工作流程
  售后服務管理規程:
  1.返修品到公司后,要檢查產品型號、數量及附件等情況。
  2.填寫返修記錄,維修單,有返修原因的,要填寫清楚。
  3.檢查返修產品,查明故障,并做出責任判定,將相關內容填寫到維修單內。如檢查不出故障,要及時與客戶溝通。
  4.查出故障后要與客戶溝通是否進行維修,并將維修標準告知客戶.
  5.得到客戶維修確認后,及時對返修品進行維修。
  6.返修編碼器維修好后,要進行成品檢驗。
  7.寫維修報告,傳給客戶或隨貨一起給客戶發過。督促客戶匯維修款。
  8.發貨。
  9.對客戶進行維修跟蹤,尤其是對一些找不到明確維修原因,進行了一些技術改動的編碼器進行跟蹤,以便能夠找到我公司在設計等方面存在的一些缺陷和隱患。
